Rioghnach Corbett is the managing director of Court Success. She has practiced as a Solicitor since 2000 in many different areas, working first as a General Practitioner in Patrick W McGonagle & Co, Swords, as a Defence Criminal Solicitor with Michael J Staines & Co, Dublin, and as a Prosecutor in the Revenue Solicitors Office.

She currently practices as a contract prosecution solicitor in Dublin where she prosecutes a wide variety of District Court cases and prepares books of evidence for the trial courts. She has many years of experience as an advocate in all of the Irish Courts, presenting cases, examining and cross examining witnesses, preparing cases for Trial, reading Reports and Investigation files from a broad range of Agencies, the Gardai, Local Authorities, Enforcement Officers & Expert witnesses.

She has worked over a number of years as a Legal Trainer and also as a tutor for trainee solicitors in the Law Society of Ireland. Her experience as a Practitioner and Legal Trainer has given her a keen awareness of the issues that arise in court.
