    This training is specially designed to familiarise those going to Court with practice and procedure in the Irish Courts, i.e. how the Courts operate, the people you are likely to encounter in Court, what their role is, what is expected of you in Court, how cases are run & lawyers techniques. This training will make going to Court a far less daunting and stressful experience through familiarising you with Court practice and procedure and will make you far more comfortable, confident & at ease in the Court environment.

    Many people write legal reports as part of their everyday work. Expert witnesses write reports for use in Court, Gardai write reports for their superiors and for the DPPs' office, Regulatory Enforcement Officers likewise, Doctors and Nurses write medical reports and a vast number of people write reports regularly on accidents, incidents, investigations, inquiries setting out findings, recommendations, opinions, facts etc. Our report writing training is designed to teach in a very practical way what is required to write an intelligible report that is easy to read, easy to use, and one that will stand up to legal scrutiny.

    Gardai, Regulatory Enforcement Officers, Local Authority staff are examples of those charged with investigating and prosecuting criminal charges. There are many aspects to carrying out an effective investigation and bringing a case to Court. Our Legal investigation modules allow you to choose what area of your work you need training on: writing notes, interviewing witnesses, dealing with lawyers, the collection of evidence, understanding what proofs are required etc…

    This course is tailored especially for those working in this area. Fraud investigation is very much to the fore in the current environment and there is an ever increasing pressure on investigators to achieve results. Our fraud investigation training is designed and delivered by expert trainers who deal with these types of cases in court and have a very practical understanding of what makes or breaks a case at the trial stage.

    Many people write notes everyday as part of their work, Gardai, Nurses, Doctors, Inspectors, Regulatory Enforcement Officers etc…, Notes are not only very important records in the workplace but are also often crucial in legal proceedings. Learning how to write proper notes is hugely important for these reasons.

    Statement writing is a skill. We offer training on all the practical elements of statement writing and on taking statements from witnesses.
