investigators

There are many different types of Investigators, the two main categories being: those that investigate criminal offences and those involved in civil litigation, i.e. accident investigators. It is crucial that Investigators understand the legal environment they work in: that they understand what they are obliged and expected to do, their powers – if any, the rules of evidence, how to carry out full and proper investigations, how to deal with witnesses, suspects, the principles of natural justice ….. We offer training on all of these different topics and more.
