Our training on fraud investigation is developed for all those tasked with investigating fraud in a variety of different environments. Whilst a lot of the same legal principles apply to fraud as to all criminal investigations there are aspects to fraud investigation that merit additional legal training.

Fraud cases are renowned for being difficult to prove. This training is designed to highlight what needs to be considered at the outset of any fraud investigation to avoid issues or difficulties arising at the prosecution stage. We give practical examples of relevant cases from the past and pinpoint the crucial details that led to success or failure at trial.

Whilst you need to have an awareness of legal principles you are not expected to be a lawyer. What is crucial is that after training with us you will understand how to practically apply the law in your everyday fraud investigations so that when it comes to prosecuting the case you will be fully prepared and happy to stand over your methods of Investigation.
